Cherry Salsa

Cherry Salsa ingredients list:

½ pound cherries (about 2 cups), pitted
1 large ripe tomato, cored and roughly chopped (about 1 cup)
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
¼ cup minced red onion
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper
½ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions for Cherry Salsa:

1. Toss all ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Best if chilled for 2 hours for flavors to develop.

2. Serve with tortilla chips, pitas, and over meats or burgers.
